True to the traditional Aleppo recipe, this soap also contains bay laurel oil, which gives it a unique and nourishing composition, with a laurel oil content of 12%.

The recipe for Aleppo soap is believed to date back to Cleopatra's time. The ingredients are simple: olive oil, lye (which saponifies during the manufacturing process), and bay laurel oil. The soap is still produced today using a traditional cauldron method, boiling oil and lye together. Aleppo soap is 100% plant-based and fully biodegradable. The product contains no palm oil, EDTA, or other synthetic additives.
